As I watch the sunrise this morning from the balcony of our cabin here in the foothills of Utah I am able look out over our 40 acre ranch and hear the sounds of the horses, the smells of the hay and feel the cool breeze blowing in from the nearby mountains. Our family has been fortunate to achieve this goal and enjoy the life we have always wanted.

I reflect back over the career decisions over the last 5 years that have made this dream a reality. I am grateful for the opportunity I was presented to join a dynamic team at WELLS Realty Group and a position that allows me to primarily work from home. I able to reap the benefits of a productive day and then enjoy an evening ride with my husband of 25 years on our beautiful horses on the ranch we have always dreamed of owning. Our active lifestyle of riding horses, keeping up the ranch, taking hikes and bike rides has us both in the best shape we have been in for the last 20 years. It is wonderful to feel like we are young and healthy.

On Monday we will both drive into the city where we will stay for 2 days handling meetings and then by Wednesday we will be back at the ranch. What a blessing we are both able to work from our home and enjoy everything we have worked so hard for.

We are excited to see all of our children next week as they all take their summer vacations here with us this year. Our oldest, Brian (33) and his wife Melinda will be visiting with the 2 grandkids ages 4 and 2. Our daughter Brianna (30) will be bringing her fiancé who we will be meeting for the first time. Our youngest daughter Madison (26) has recently graduated with her masters degree and we are excited to hear about her new job offer.

We are blessed to have so many things in life that are important to us; our family, our health and our home.
